Return Window

You may initiate a return for any reason within sixty (60) days from the date your order is delivered. This generous 60-day window allows you sufficient time to try on the garments, coordinate them with your existing wardrobe, and decide whether they meet your expectations. The return period is calculated from the delivery date shown on your carrier tracking information, not from the date you placed the order.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned items at our Stafford, Texas distribution center, we will inspect them and process your refund within twelve (12) business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. There are no restocking fees, return processing fees, or any other deductions applied to eligible returns. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping

To make the return process as convenient as possible, Yeonglee covers the cost of return shipping for all domestic returns. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email after you initiate the return. Simply print the label, affix it to the original shipping box (or a similarly sturdy box), and drop it off at any authorized USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. We do not accept returns sent via collect-on-delivery (COD) or third-party freight services.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Select the order you wish to return and click “Initiate Return.”
  3. Choose the item(s) to return and provide a brief reason (optional but helpful for our improvement).
  4. Submit the request. You will receive an email with your prepaid return label and return instructions within one business day.

Eligibility and Condition Requirements

For a return to be accepted and refunded in full:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Garments must show no signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, or alteration.
  • Shoes, accessories, and jewelry must be returned in their original boxes with protective wrapping.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel must include the original hygiene liner (if applicable) and remain unworn.

Because we specialize in women’s clothing, we take extra care during inspection to ensure every returned piece can be returned to inventory or donated responsibly. Items that do not meet these standards will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Returns

If you are returning only part of an order, the refund will be issued for the returned items only. The original shipping cost ($6.99 flat rate) is non-refundable unless the entire order is returned. In the case of a full order return, we will refund the original shipping fee as well.

Exchanges

At this time, Yeonglee offers returns for refund only. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item separately. This ensures you receive the correct replacement as quickly as possible without delay.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact [email protected] within 60 days with clear photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original and return shipping) at no cost to you. Defective items do not need to be returned in perfect condition; we simply ask for photographic proof to expedite your request.

Holiday and Peak Season Returns

During busy holiday periods, return processing may take slightly longer than the standard 12 business days due to higher volume. We will communicate any temporary adjustments via email and on our website. We still honor the full 60-day return window regardless of season.

International Returns

Protecting Your Garments During Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, we recommend using the original packaging and protective materials whenever possible. Fold garments neatly, place them back in the garment bag or tissue paper, and secure them inside a sturdy outer box. This helps prevent additional creasing or damage during the return transit.

What Happens to Returned Items
